Kuvarica: Čokoladne kuglice!/ Chocolate balls!

Ako poželite pojesti neki kolač nakon svega što ste pojeli ovih blagdana, ovo je recept koji sam probala za Božić. Nema pečenja. Ove kuglice rade se brzo od onog što imate doma, sastojci su zamjenjivi i u tome je čar. Od sastojaka koje ću navesti radila sam tri vrste. Potrebno je: čokolada za kuhanje, vrhnje za šlag . To su dva osnovna sastojka. Također bi bilo dobro da imate petit ili digestive kekse koje ćete samljeti, mljevene bademe/orahe, grožđice, naribanu narančinu koricu, kornfleks, cimet, muškatni oraščić, đumbir..što vam je već fino. I med.
Radila sam na dva načina. Danas postam prvi recept. Prve kuglice radila sam tako da sam uzela 200g ribane čokolade za kuhanje i 200 g mljevenih oraha, dodala 2 žlice meda i malo ruma za kolače. Promiješala. Dodala mrvu vrhnja za šlag. Najgori dio bio mi je napraviti kuglice od toga, jer sam se zasvinjila do lakata, obje ruke u smjesi, zasvrbi kosa, nos, leđa, naravno:)

These balls are made of the stuff you have home, the ingredients are replaceable and that is the great thing about it. What you do need is some dark chocolate, digestive cookies and some whipped cream. You can add milled almonds or nuts, raisins, ribbed orange skin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger..whatever you like to eat.
I have made two kinds of balls, and this in the post today is the first recipe. Take 200 g ribbed dark chocolate, 200 g milled nuts, 2 spoones of honey and a few spoons of a cake rum. Mix everything good. I had problem because I was up to my elbows in the bowl, of course my head started to itch, I had to scratch my shoulder..you know how it goes when you can't do a thing with your hands:)


 No, kad svladate taj dio, na papir za pečenje staviti oblikovane kuglice i pustite da se malo posuše i stvrdnu. Možete ih posipati štaub šećerom, kokosom ili što već volite jesti. Super je ako idete u goste pa želite doći s nečim za gricnuti.
Meni su kuglice bile odlične, nisu preslatke ni premasne, taman za prigristi.


But, if you manage to deal with this, put the balls onto the baking paper and let them dry a little bit. If you like, you can give the final touch sprinkling some milled coconut, sugar or something similar on top.
I liked them a lot. The balls have no sugar nore fat, so it was tasty and a great little bite for in between.
