Kuvarica! Sir u ulju/ Cheese in oil

Jednom, prije dosta godina, probala sam ovu delikatesu i oduševila sam se. Moralo je proći nekih pet godina da je se opet sjetim, i napokon probam spremiti. Sir potopljen u ulje. Kako je to fino.
Kad sam krenula pitati ljude kako se to najbolje sprema, ispalo je, naravno, da svatko ima svoj najbolji i najpraviji recept, pa sam ja na kraju išla po filingu i napravila kako mislim da će mi se sviđati.


Once, a long time ago, I have tried this and was amazes. It took me almost 5 years to remember it again, but now I have deiced to make it myself. Cheese in oil. This tastes so good.
When I started asking people what is the best way to make it, every person had the very best recipe, of course, so at the end I decided to make it the way I feel it will taste good to me.
Domaći sir izrežite na kockice i posložite u staklenke, ako želite dodajte neki začin. Ja sam, po staklenkama, dodala papar u zrnu, malo lovorova lista i zeru crvene paprike. Prelijete maslinovim i običnim uljem. Spremite u špajzu i pustite da zori. E sad, meni je ovo prvi put, i morat ću otkriti koliko mi paše da je sir zreo, i koji mi začini najviše pašu. Inače, znalci kažu da ide odlično uz crna vina. Koliko se ja sjećam, gušt je bio i točati kruh u ulje koje bi ostalo:)

Slice the cheese into small pieces and put them into jars, if you like, add some spices. I have added some black pepper, bay leaf and red paprika. At the ned, pour olive and vegetable oil. The jars should be stored in the pantry. It is up to you to decide when the cheese is ripe (enough). The colour and the taste change during the time, and you can eat it when it tastes good.
People told me this cheese is great with red wine, but I remember, it was even great to eat this cheese and later eat some home made bread with the rest of the oil left in the jar:)
