Kako mijenjam prehranu polako, za početak sam izbacila crveno meso, životinjske masti, mliječne masti ( samo ovo nabrojano! :) ) i pokušavam izbaciti gluten, a on je očito posvuda.
Danas sam radila integralne špagete od cjelovitog zrna, i zdinstala sezonsko povrće, te pekla patlidžane.
Prvo se usitni luk, pa tikvice, zatim patlidžan na kockice, i jedan dio na ploške. Ploške patlidžana posolite i posložite na tanjur, ispustit će malo tekućine i odgorčit će se. Bit će vam kasnije finije.

As I'm changing my diet slowly, I stopped eating red meat, animal fat, diary products with more then 1% fat and am trying not to eat gluten in pastry, it is hard to find acceptable food.
Today I cooked integral pasta with zucchini, onion and eggplants, and baked some eggplants too.
Good thing is to cut out eggplant into slices, put some salt on, and leave it for 30 minutes. Eggplant will be less bitter so.
Put onion, and afterwards zucchini and eggplants on warm sunflower oil, pour some water and let it cooked for half an hour. Add some salt, pepper and kurkuma/ turmeric. at the same time, put spaghetti into boiling water. I've learned it takes more time for integral pasta to be cooked.
I to je to. Moram reć da je bilo fino čak i onima koji se ne hrane tako inače;)
And that's it. I have baked some bacon for others who don't have the same diet as I do. If you like it, you can add some grated cheese on top of the meal.
