Znak jeseni/ Autumn sign

Nedjelja je došla hladnija nego sam očekivala, i probudila sam se začepljenog nosa, a mislim da me lovi i temperatura.
No, bitnije od toga su plodovi jeseni. Sinoć sam do 1 u noći spremala zimnicu, to jest rajčice koje su prezrele za jest, ali će biti odlične za saftove kroz zimu. Osim toga, kupila sam nešto vrganja, koji su divni.
Dio sam srezala i spremila u škrinju, a dio sam odmah spremila za ručak.


On Sunday morning I woke up having a cold, and spent the whole day sneezing and in bed.
But more important, I am surrounded with autumn fruits.
I prepared all kinds of vegetables and fruits for the winter cuisine, including home grown tomatoes and carotts.
Besides, I bought some mushrooms, edible bolete. I made a lunch out of it, but a part was put to the freezer as well.
                                        Toplo preporučam rižoto s mrkvama i vrganjima.

                                  I really recommend  risotto with carotts and edible bolete.

Na malo maslinova ulja zdinsta se luk, na njega se kad požuti stvae oprani izrezani vrganji, i podlije vodom. Pusti se da krčka. Na to se doda usitnjena mrkvica i režnjevi češnjaka (neizrezani). Ja dodam sol, papar, kurkumu, i paradajz sos.U sve to ubacim integralnu rižu, i nakon pol sata ručak je gotov!



Heat some olive oil, and put cut onion on it. After the onion gets yellow, add bolete and some water. I usually add carrot and garlic (uncut), salt, pepper and turmeric as well. Then add integral rice and tomato sauce. It is really really good!

  5. nikad nisam probala vrganje, a 'pikiram' ih godinama. jednostavno ne nailazim na njih u svježem stanju. mislim kako bi mi se tvoj ručak jako svidio.

  6. Mmm, taj rižoto izgleda odlično! Šteta što ne volim gljive, mada mislim da bih taj tvoj smazala kad ne bih znala da su gljive u njemu. :D
