Bezglutenski kolač od prosa i jabuka/ Gluten free millet& apple cake

Ovaj recept sam našla na vrećici prosa (Zlato polje je proizvođač, ako ikog zanima).
Za ovaj kolač potrebne su dvije oguljene jabuke, proso, i dodaci po želji.
Ja sam dodala cimet i malo meda.
Možete dodati grožđice (zaboravila sam kupiti) ili vaniliju (zaboravila sam kupiti).

Proso (250 g) skuhajte u rižinom (ili običnom) mlijeku, te dodajte cimet, vaniliju, grožđice, što već niste zaboravili kupiti za ovaj recept.
Za to vrijeme ogulite jabuke, narežite ih na ploške, stavite na papir za pečenje u protvan, te pecite 5 minuta na 180C u pećnici.

Zatim u redovima stavljajte, prvo red jabuka, pa proso, pa red jabuka, pa proso, i završite s jabukama, u kalup.
Ja sam na sredini stavila dvije žlice meda, i još malo dodala rižinog mlijeka po svemu, jer mi se proso činilo suho.
Pecite u pećnici 10tak minuta na 200 C.
Moja topla preporuka je da ostavite kolač da se ohladi, bolje se reže.
Ako volite, dodajte šlag, ili rastopljenu čokoladu, vjerujem da se slaže. Dobar tek!

I've found this recipe on a millet box.It is gluten free, healthy and easy to prepare.
 For this you'll need 2 apple, 250 g millet, and some spices and honey, if you like.
I have added honey and cinnamon. But you could also add raisins (forgot to buy) or vanilla (forgot to buy too).
Cook millet in a mixture of water and (rice) milk. Add cinnamon or the forgotten raisins.
In the meantime, peel the apples off, and cut them into slices. Put the slices on the baking paper and then in the preheated oven, and bake 5 minutes at 180 C.

Fill the mold with the apple slices first, them millet, then apples again, and put the apples on the top.
I've added some rice milk and 2 spoons of honey in the middle of the process. Bake in the oven, 10 minutes at 200 C.
My advice is to let it get cold. You can also serve it with cream or chocolate. Bon apetit!
