Palačinke s tuštom/ Purslane pancakes


U vrtu mi je niknuo tušt, i širi se ko korov, što u biti on i jest.
Ako ne znate, tušt ili portulak je jako jako jako zdrava bilka. Oni je najbolji izvor prirodnih omega-3 masnih kiselina. Sadrži vitamin C i mnoge druge minerale i vitamine, i u razdoblju kad najčešće nema drugog zelenog povrća, on je iznimno hranjiv.

Palačinke radim s bezglutenskim brašnima, pa dodam chia sjemenke da bude bolje tijesto.
Isto tako, počela sam spremati tijesto u ovoj čaši za šejkove. Praktičnije mi je od zdjela.
Ima unutra kuglicu namotane žice koja glumi mikser.

Tušt mi nije za slatke palačinke pa sam radila slane. Tušt sam nasjeckala relativno sitno, dodala 2 jaja, rižino mlijeko, rižino i brašno slanutka, svako po 4-5 velikih žlica.
Uz to, chia sjemenke, sol, papar i malo ulja. Par minuta se pravite da radite koktel :) dok se tava grije, i dobijete uskoro fine palačinke.
I to je to.
Nije komplicirano, zdravo je i dobro dođe za promjenu, kad ne znate što biste jeli.

Today I'm going to show you what you can do with purslane, if you're lucky to have it growing in your garden (if you have one, of course).
 In case you are not familiar with this plant, for more info click here. Purslane is a very healthy vegetable, that grows in nature throughout the summer. It is full with omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin C, and many more.
Since I've only learnt about it recently, I was happy to find I have it in my garden, and decided to make pancakes with it.

I make and eat gluten free pancakes.I add all the ingredients in a smoothie shaker (pictured above).
For these pancakes I used 2 eggs, 4-5 big spoons of rice and chickpeas flour, rice milk.
Also, I added salt, pepper, purslane and chia seeds, some oil and a bit of water. Mix it all together and put a small amount on the preheated pan.
And that's it! It is easy, healthy, and a great change when you don't know what to eat this summer.
